Everyone has untapped potential suppressed by a well-intending and hard-working subconscious. Neuroscience reveals the subconscious controls 95-99% of our behaviour.  This is helpful considering the enormity of processes happening inside our bodies that keep us alive, and the enormity of data stimuli requiring interpretation and coordination of action on the outside too!  Thankfully, we’re oblivious to all this activity as our mind accesses our subconscious to retrieve existing beliefs that it uses to produce behaviour.  Sometimes those default ‘belief paradigms’ and subsequent behaviours are no longer serving us, and it’s time to try something new outside your conform zone. 

It is very difficult to get out of your own head and analyze your own belief paradigms, hence, why you need a coach.  A coach’s responsibility is to push  you into uncomfortable situations that your safe loving subconscious mind would otherwise protect you from, and to challenge you to consider beliefs that are holding you back when appropriate.  We have the process and the experience to help you make the progress you aim to achieve.
